The Pro Park 9 Plus has a manual single point release that allows the operator to release all the safety locks at one time. The Pro Park 9 Plus DOES NOT need to be anchored to the floor. However, there are anchoring holes in the column bases so that you may anchor the lift. If you are using a four post above ground lift many times each day, we recommend "lagging" down at least two of the columns. Our Pro Park 7, Pro Park 8, and our Pro Park 9 Plus DO NOT need to be anchored to the floor. However, if you are using this lift to raise several different vehicles during the day, then the lift may "scoot" a little on a smooth concrete floor.
